Q: If I place a pre order, will I get my product(s)

Q: Can I place a pre order, then cancel it?

Q: What happens if I decide to not speak with you and do a chargeback on my order?

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Absolutely! If you pay for an item, you are guaranteed that item ASAP (distributor delays conditional)

A: You can cancel a preorder without charge if it is within 24 hours of purchase. If you cancel a preorder within 4 weeks of release date, a 25% restocking fee will apply. 

A: Anyone who places a chargeback will be permanently banned from the website and all further purchases. 

We try to be as honest, transparent, reasonable, and have as fair of prices as possible. We also get that life happens. However, a charge back can get our payment platforms frozen and severely impact our business.

A: If the item is:

Home Decor/cups/mugs - please reach out and send proof of damage

Candy: Chocolate based candies will not be shipped during summer or periods of extreme heat due to risk of melting. 

Funkos: As they can arrive from the manufacturer with dents and/or scratches, we cannot refund or accept a return as we do not promise or guarantee pristine/mint packaging. 

Trading cards: If it is an individual card, please send proof of video opening and damages.

 

For sealed items, as they can come from the manufacturer with rips, bumps, dents and/or pin sized holes, we do not refund or accept a return for those conditions as we do not promise or guarantee pristine/mint packaging.
